The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has issued a communique for the case in Glamnik in Podujevo, where a car has been burned and within which a person has died.
All investigative actions to clarify the case are reportedly under way in the communique.
“With a date of 04.02.2025 the caretaker prosecutor has been informed by the Police Station in Podujevo of finding a burnt car and in case of testing has resulted in the presence of bone waste, with what state prosecutor hired a forensic expert, who has argued that these remains are human. Later, the state prosecutor has authorised and in co-ordination with the relevant units of the Kosovo Police, are taking all necessary investigative actions with the aim of clearing the entire case. Given that we are in the initial phase of the case, at the moment no detailed data on this case can be provided, but the state prosecutor is committed to co-operating and co-ordinating with law enforcement agencies in the entire case. ”
