Osmani said his long and bright career in the service of American diplomacy, including his role as emissary in Kosovo's status talks, has left a lasting impression on our history.
“Z. Wisner was a man devoted to peace and stability, acting wisely in the crucial moments of international diplomacy. His contribution to global issues, as well as his commitment to Kosovo, will be remembered with lasting gratitude and respect”, Osmani said.
She said that she had the fortune of working with him for years.
Osman also recalled his last call with Wisner a few months ago.
“Remembering and his work will always remain part of our history. Eternal be the memory of Kosovo diplomat and friend Frank G. Wisner!
