The Kosovo Judiciary Council has rescinded the decision to suspend the judge, who had suspended his house arrest for Enver Sekiraq, suspected of the murder of policeman Triumf Riza.
Kosovo Judiciary Council spokeswoman Ayshe Qorray has confirmed this issue for Justice Vow.
“The Kosovo Judiciary Council (KGJK), with January 24th 2024 in the disciplinary case with no..., has rescinded the KDR decision of May 21st 2024, to suspend the court's responsibility for the investigation, while in terms of disciplinary responsibility the decision cannot be made public at this stage”, it has stated, for “Justice Vow”.
