Boya has said that during Kurt's rule, friendship with the United States has been offended, adding that Kurti “has seen the White House at some point.

The former Kosovo Liberation Army fighter has said that Kosovo is most at risk with the agreement for the Association of Serb majority municipalities. According to him, the Brussels Agreement and the Ohrid Annex “have left much black Kosovo”.
The accepted association in Brussels is an association that has executive rights, has autonomy. This tomorrow, whoever's prime minister, will have it on the table. It's heavy for Kosovo, someone can say the border is at Ibri. This is very serious for Kosovo, and the price is too high and too heavy. These negotiations are weightless and unreasonable.
