The report says B.V. It was reported missing from his family, where his body was then found lifeless. The prosecution took him to L.F. in this case.
“The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj announces the public opinion that under the State Prosecutor's decision, he has detained the 48-hour term suspect with the initial L.F., due to suspicion of the criminal act “heavy murder” by Article 173 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.4 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
Following investigations by Kosovo Police regional investigators in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor, the suspect L.F. has been identified and banned, in connection with the case when a person with the initial B.V. has been reported missing from his family and today, on February 05th 2025, has been found the lifeless body of the late B.V., in the village of Manastrc of Feriz municipality.
At the State Prosecutor's decision, the victim's lifeless body has been sent to Pristina Institute of Legal Medicine (IML).
The foundation prosecutor at Ferizaj in co-ordination with the Police is taking all necessary investigative actions in order to clarify all circumstances related to this criminal case”, said the Ferizaj Prosecutor's Eve announcement.
