Under the trial, defendant Jashari for “Kestum use of official office” was sentenced to 3 years in prison and 5 thousand euros in fine, while defendant Baftijaray for criminal work “illegal construction efforts” was sentenced to 2 years in prison.
The same are required to pay for the compensation of the state budget at the cost of the damage caused by 36 thousand and 450 euros and 29 cents.
The two accused are charged with paying 50 euros in the name of the judiciary and 50 euros for the victims' compensation fund. /Being fair
