Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has received a message of congratulations from Croatia's president, Zoran Milanovic, on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of Kosovo's Independence.
In his message, President Milanovic has expressed heartfelt congratulations on President Osmani and all Kosovo citizens, desiring progress and prosperity for our country.
It has highlighted traditional friendly and close relations between the two states and has stressed the importance of further strengthening co-operation in areas of common interest, for the benefit of the two peoples.
The Croatian president has also underlined the important role of co-operation between Kosovo and Croatia for stability, security and co-operation in Southeast Europe.
On the other hand, he has reaffirmed Croatia's steadfast support for Kosovo's integration into international organisations and regional forms of co-operation, including its membership in the European Union and NATO.
