Prime Minister Albin Kurti has been invited by the Constitutional Court in Pristina to testify in reporting on the Special Prosecutor's request concerning the state reserve scandal.
Kurt has been invited to witness on March 4 of this year beginning at 10:00.
Basic Court in Pristina Has It Confirmed on Paparac that the judge of the preliminary procedure has issued an order for evidence based on the Special Prosecutor's request.
The Special Department, at the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, has issued the order of the date 21,02.2025 with which it has entrusted the witness A.K., to appear in the quality of the witness, to give his testimony by the date of 04.03.2025 at 10:00, to the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo<18x1>, is said to respond to the key for Paparacin.
Court by order: Kurti expected to be taken by police to testify at the prosecution
Kurti was invited on December 10th by Special Prosecutors to testify in the quality of the subject witness PPS.n.62/2023, which is dealing with the implementation of criminal work “misusing official position or authority”.
According to Article 132 of the Criminal Procedure Code, Prime Minister Albin Kurti could be fined and sentenced if he refuses to appear in the prosecutor to give his testimony.
