The Pristina Constitutional Court's spokeswoman, Mirlinda Gashi, confirmed this for Insider, adding that the request has been accepted and the review is under way.
“Confirm that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has accepted the request in question by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, the same is being considered by the tribunal,Gashi said.
We note that Kurti has refused to appear at the prosecution, asking prosecutors to have them go to the office for an interview.
