The VV has indicated that it called for cancellation of this decision.
In addition, the VV has written that such a CEC decision is an attack on legal order.
“Making the decision on behalf of the CEC, but without CEC approval, is the next attack on our legal order because of the Serbian List. Each CEC decision should be submitted to vote by CEC members. This decision is not CEC, because it is not voted. It's illegal because it conflicts with the General Election Law. While Serbian List is not certified in accordance with Law, it is illegally smuggled” ) wrote VV, among other things.
