She said she is concerned about the impact that their “shut down in the daily lives of individuals, especially those from non-most communities, which are directly dependent on those institutions”.
“Such unilateral actions risk further erosion of trust between communities and Kosovo authorities”.
Secretary General Ziadeh's Special Representative reiterates calls for outstanding issues to be discussed “in a constructive way, in open communication and trust” within the EU-launched dialogue.
She said she calls on all to work towards negotiated and sustainable solutions for the welfare and security of all people in Kosovo as the only acceptable way forward. /Express
