Rohde: What has happened in Recak is fact, those who deny and prevent reconciliation in the region

Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, has written on the occasion of Recak's Massacre anniversary. Rohde has said that what happened in Recak is a fact, and that the crimes committed are well documented by foreign organisations both UN and OSCE troops. Rohde has said that denying [the] crimes
Rohde has said denying the crimes committed is disrespect for the memory of the victims, bearing open wounds and hindering progress towards regional reconciliation.
“Prognition of these crimes does not respect the memory of the dead, keeps the wounds open, and prevents progress towards regional reconciliation and European and Euro-Atlantic integration”, Rohde wrote.
