“Draftatus is a document adopted by all 27 EU member states to implement the Ohrid Agreement and proceed with the normalisation process between Kosovo and Serbia. Remember the EU Council's recent conclusions: The draft should be forwarded to the Constitutional Court without further delay”, Rohde told the KP.
In the past, dialogue brought substantial results. Since 2011, more than 30 agreements have been reached within the EU's facilitated dialogue, and many of them have also been implemented. Further progress in dialogue is the only way forward towards the future road of Kosovo and Serbia towards the European Union”.
This was also made clear by the European Council at its meeting on 17 December 2024, by EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, new Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos, and by new high representative, Kaya Kallas”, he says.
