The empowering of women in our society is a prerequisite for a truly victorious Kosovo. Today in Gjakova, the city under the leadership of President Ardian Gjini is showing how concrete results are achieved for citizens despite lack of government support, sharing with women our vision of full gender equality.
Beyond words and gender quotas, we offer concrete action plans: support for new families with 1500 euros for the first child, 2,500 for the second and 3,500 for the third, minimum salary 500 euros for mothers with 3 and more children, access to loans granted to women-led businesses, and flexible working hours for mothers. Above all, we will apply the right of women to the inheritance of property.
Our women are writing stories of success in sports, science, art and business. It is time for the state to invest vigorously in their extraordinary potential, as a guarantee of a better future for all. The winning Kosovo is where every woman has equal opportunities to realize her dreams.
