He has been extradited from Turkey to Albania today, while his arrival at the Rhynas airport took place under a “bunification” by police forces.

Dritan Rexhepi was also declared in search of the three countries mentioned, but after his arrest in Turkey, authorities have accepted Albania's request for his extradition.

The 45-year-old is considered a high-risk social person, as:

Citizens Dritan Rexhepi alias Gramos Rexhepi is accused of co-operating with citizen G. D., has ordered the kidnapping of citizens J. P., doubting that in 2019, citizens' brother J. P., had stolen in England, a container of narcotics owned by 45-year-old and his associate;

In 2015, the Fieri Court sentenced him to four years in prison for criminal acts “Falsification of IDs, passports or visas” and “Falsification of seals, stamps or forms”;

- In 2013, he was sentenced by the Court for War crimes, 25 years in prison, for criminal acts “presumption” and “Plagos deliberately conducted in co-operation, and “keeping arms and weapons production, explosive weapons and ammunition”. On the date 06.10.1999, at a local in Kruje, 45-year-old, in collaboration with another citizen, has killed with firearms, citizen D. K., and injured the owner of the bar, citizen R. B., who later lost his life in the hospital;

In 2010, he was sentenced by the Court of Appeals of Florence, Italy, to 16 years in prison for involvement in structured criminal groups, for trafficking of narcotics. Citizens Dritan Rexhepi alias Gramos Rexhepi has escaped from the site of this sentence in Florence. That sentence has left him to serve 13 years, eight months, and six days in prison.

But who is “bosi” of drugs and of the most wanted Albanian in the world?

Dritan (Gramos) Rexhepi, escaped from prisons of three states, has been named the first toll killer in Albania.

He is accused in Albania of killing two policemen. His name is also associated with the kidnapping of Jan Pringa in Kamez in January 2020, after his brother Astrit Prenga allegedly stole a considerable amount of cocaine in England from Latin America, belonging to Dritan Rexhepi.

How did the “career start criminal”?

In 1999, while still in his teens (19), he hailed Kalashnikov to the police at a bar. He allegedly was paid for the assassination and his bullets killed someone else. Police arrested Rexhepi only in January 2006 in Tirana, at one of the capital's most luxurious hotels with a gun-free gun. Rexhepi was transferred to the facilities of the Durres Police Directorate, which had the Kruja area under jurisdiction. That same evening, Rexhepi fled the interrogation room after pointing to a broken lock and told a guard that the police had finished working with him. The court later sentenced him for his absence of murder. This was the first of three prison escapes after European police pursued the entire continent for drug trafficking and other charges.

“Master” of escape from prison

Rexhepi would be arrested in 2008 in the Netherlands on behalf of Italian justice in connection with a drug trafficking sentence. In 2011 he also escaped from Voghera Prison in Italy after saw the prison irons and escaped.

After several months, he was arrested in Spain as a member of a gang suspected of bank robbery in Barcelona. Not much was kept in cells there, but Spanish authorities decided to extradite him to Belgium, where he was wanted for several serious crimes. Rexhepi was going to escape the Antverp prison again by climbing a wall.

The next time police caught him, he was in Ecuador in June 2014, owned by more than 272kg of cocaine, according to Interpol, the international police organisation. Though imprisoned, Rexhepi directed cocaine traffic as if he were free from cell life through a telephone. He was an ally of a drug dealer from Ecuador with links to powerful cartels in Colombia and Mexico. Cocaine was carried across the Atlantic by container ships, mainly to the ports of the Netherlands.

While in prison in Ecuador in November 2021, he sought freedom, known as a semi-open regime. That right, denied on previous occasions, was accepted this time. According to this right, he was to remain in Ecuador until June 26, 2017, when his sentence for drug trafficking ends but he was serving his freedom sentence. Rexhepi, who is also known as Lulzim Murataj or Edmir Kraja, was due to appear every 15 days before the social reintegration unit in Guayaquil.

Rexhepi was favoured with the semi-opened regime after serving at least two-thirds of the sentence. Also, on November 4th, 2021, it is mentioned that Albanian leader “has a very good attitude”, in addition, does not register attempts to escape, and there is also a work report. Rexhepi had assured authorities that he would live in an apartment in Samboronón Central Park, 14km from Guayaquil. In this private housing complex, an apartment of 125m2 could cost from 165, USD. However, as reported in the report, on February 10, 2022, Rexhepi has been authorized to change his address, but the new address is not marked. Was “running” again.

Created its “mark” in the cocaine trafficking business

Rexhepi had under direct orders a number of Albanians in Ecuador, the Netherlands, Italy and Albania and business partners in most of Western Europe, who controlled cocaine distribution channels across the continent. As Rexhepi's group expanded, he sought to be distinguished from the groups operating on the international traffic market.

“Let's go to the market by our name”, the co-ordinator in Italy, Rexhepi, wrote to him in March 2016. Our mark is still unknown”. Rexhepi replied by proposing the name Bello. The group's cocaine bricks were quickly sealed with this brand. Rexhepi led the Bello company with charisma and violence. He ordered attacks and at least two murders, one in Ecuador and one in Albania, according to Italian police. Dritan Rexhepi is accused of being head of a powerful group of international drug trafficking from Latin America to Europe.

The various “Documen in the countries that are wanted and identified it as the undisputed “122> access to the endless “cocaine “from Bello Company, a cartel made up of 14 Albanian criminal gangs involved in drug trafficking, and that, according to authorities, it operates since 2014 in Ecuador, the Netherlands, Belgium, Albania and Italy”, wrote in November 2021 and The Wall Street Journal. /Top Channel/
