Germany with highest number of voters outside Kosovo

Over 100 thousand citizens living abroad can vote for parliamentary elections from today until February 9th, when they will be held in Kosovo. Nearly 105 thousand citizens in diaspora are registered to vote in the February 9th elections in Kosovo. Over 44,000 of them live in Germany, as shown by an infographic of Radio Free Europe.
The vote they will be able to make by post from today, or in Kosovo's diplomatic representations only on February 8th.
Most registered voters abroad (84.525) have chosen to vote via mail, according to the Central Election Commission.
Of those registered, 67,421 will send the package with a ballot in the CEC mailbox outside Kosovo, while 17.104 will send the package with a ballot to the CEC mailbox in Kosovo.
Others can vote physically in Kosovo's diplomatic and consular representations in countries where they live on February 8th, a day before holding elections in Kosovo.
