We welcomed Tirana's two newest citizens today! Crying and Francesca chose to follow the steps of their mother, the great singer of Albanian origin, Anna Oxa, receiving Albanian citizenship in a moment full of excitement. I'm proud that Albania today is a destination to return, with a Tirana surprising all of them, Veliaj wrote.
