The UN Weather Agency warns <x0 red background” following record heat

The world has again recorded a record in the average August temperatures -- for the second time -- has shown the preliminary data of a European Union for Climate agency.

Australia, Japan, and parts of China and Norway have recorded the hottest August ever in history, according to weather agencies.
