A ton of marijuana in Pec, court makes decision to arrest

The Crime Department at the Foundation Court in Pec has assigned defendants Alex Gerby, citizens of Albania, a month's detention due to suspicion based on having committed criminal acts “Qualivation of the hashish plant, cocaine or plant bush of the cannabis” and “Blerja, ownership, distribution and unauthorized sale of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”.
In the Court's act, Gerbi is reportedly suspected of involvement in drug cultivation in the villages of Klicin and Pec's Spherka, where during yesterday's day, the Peja Prosecutor and Kosovo Police carried out a major anti-drug action.
Large quantities of drugs have been found in the villages mentioned above, which have been estimated to reach about 5m euros.
The defendant Gerby is born in 1974 in the village of Qesarat in Tepelena, Republic of Albania, while Kosovo has no address.
According to the Court, he lives in Kosovo “in the forest”.
The court has suggested that nine more people are suspects in this case, who have been declared at large.
