Shala calls to Government: Stop pressure on civil servants

“We provide the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to stop the pressure on civil servants who exercise duties in leadership positions, so that the same can sign decisions against legal basis, any decision or authorisation by task makers is in full opposition to the legislation in force, and constitutes serious violations<1>, Shala said.

Shala, has indicated that civil servants in these positions do not succumb to these pressures.

Therefore, we invite civil servants in these positions not to fall prey to these pressures because they will face consequences for which justice institutions will be taken, Shala said.
