The chairman of the court, Kujtim Krasniqi, indicated that earlier this morning he had accepted an e-mail from the Seqiri expert, who has announced that he cannot appear in court, reports “Justice bet”.
The judge said that on that e-mail, Sheqiri had stressed that there have been concessions on the part of the court and that he has not been aware of the appointment of this session.
Likewise, the same has announced that even at the September 19th session, it will not be present, because it is scheduled at another session at the Péja Foundation Court.
In the absence of legal conditions, today's session was postponed, while the previous one for tomorrow (19 September) was canceled.
The expert Sheqiri has stated his statement about expertise in this case at the May 29, 2024 session, where he had stated, among other things, that in concrete cases, measurable damage without including other parts of the damage that may have been caused and for which there is no knowledge, is the value of 1 million and 937 thousand and 230 euros.
And at the June 3, 2024 session, the expert said the company “TCN” withdrew from the contract due to pay delays.
Otherwise, according to the indictment filed on May 11th 2022 by Special Prosecution, Bahri Nuredini and Driton Meheaj are charged with the quality of official persons at Pristina International Airport (ANP) “Adem Jashari”, later on the Agency for Air Navigation Services ( ASNA has misused official duty.
According to the accuser act, Nuredini is quality chief executive chief of the Agency for Air Navigation Services ( ASNA) and Mehe in the quality of the Kontrat Manager for Supply With Navigation Systems and Relocation of Efficiency Systems in AShNA, are charged with illegally and without prior authorisation of the Interministratorial Steering Committee (KDNM), initiated and developed procurement procedures, so that on September 8th and 9th, through the Public Procure Commission (KRPP) they have announced the winner of the OEx> T CN International” U.P.K., worth 7 million and 808 thousand and 296 euros.
The same, with these actions, reportedly caused damage to the ASNA budget and the public budget at an altitude of 1 million and 937 thousand and 230 euros.
