Serbia, as leader of the CEFTA Agreement, has called a special meeting of the Joint CEFTA Committee and on the agenda will be adoption of CEFTA's agreed decisions. At the moment, an Additional Protocol, 10 decisions and a recommendation are pending approval of”, Momirovic said, writes KoSSev, broadcast Express.
He has said that in the event of the adoption of these decisions, there will be a circulation of increased goods and services in line with the CEFTA framework.
“is a common interest of all CEFTA parties, because it would lift the deadlock of adopting new decisions in CEFTA, which was initiated by Kosovo more than three years ago”, he said.
He has said that in this way what he has named “illegal trade blockade” that the Republic of Kosovo has imposed on Serbian goods because of aspects related to security following Banjska's terrorist attack.
“This would partially facilitate the difficult position of Serbs in Kosovo, but would also show that it is possible to descale relations with Albanians”, Momirovic has said.
Germany has asked Kosovo to accept the official Berlin offer for UNMIK's replacement and removal of border measures for Serbian goods. The special German emissary, Manuel Sarrazin, has declared that if Kosovo does not accept the German bid, other states will continue even without Kosovo.
