Scandalous: Defence ministry reportedly looking for cooks from prisons to feed Kosovo soldiers

The defence ministry has asked the Ministry of Justice on Friday (now) to send cooks from detention centres, prisons at KSF barracks, respectively, because on October 1st they will remain without cooks, Report Paparacy.
The barracks will be left without cooks because the company is expected to leave “Ben/Dona” and the tender to be given to the company “Hajdin”.
But the company “Headini” has no cooks and capacity to supply food KSF.
Paparac's sources from the defence ministry have indicated they have sent official emails to send cooks because soldiers can be left without food on October 1st.
The Ministry of Defence has tendered the company “Heidini Comerc”.
This contract was issued through negotiation without the release of the contract. The tender weighs over 2m euros and was given to prepare food for the Kosovo Army.
The ministry, led by Ejup Macedonia on September 18th 2024, has signed the tender at the value of 2,14,000.
This single-source contract was given to the group of economic operators “NTPK HijDINi COMERC”, “Bylmeti-KS”
According to the announcement published on the Public Procure Ration Commission's Page, the contract has to do with food services for KSF needs.
