According to SBASK, the versions they possess are more unfavourable than existing contracts and are in line with the 2015 Administrative Guide.
The current version of the SBASK is more unfavourable than existing contracts and are not compatible with the UA10/2015 work contracts for pre-university education teachers. So we ask the municipalities to stop pressureing teachers to sign these very versions of the work contracts that are circulated. We also appeal to membership that has indefinitely contracts not to sign these versions of the labour contracts, even despite the pressures they may have from employers”, the SBASK appeal is said.
