The retired American Colonel Todd Jacobus, who has served in the Iowa Guard and was also deputy chairman of the NATO Consultative Team in Kosovo, has said that Kosovo's advances over the past 25 years have been significant.
According to him, Kosovo's membership in the European Union and NATO is ahead.
Kosovo's “Progress over the past 25 years has been important. Membership in the European Union and NATO are on the horizon. The best has yet to come for Kosovo, and Ioea is a partner on this road”, Jacobus wrote.
