Such a thing about the Insander Journal has revealed his lawyer, Fanol Krasniqi. Mulak's lawyer announced that since Appeals had rejected the request to cut the detention measure for his client, he had sent him to the Supreme.
In the Supreme Court's judgment, which Isander has seen, he is entitled to defence claims in a plea for protection of legitimacy.
“This court considers that there is no legal basis envisioned by Article 184, paragraph 1, sub- paragraph 1.1 of 1.2.1 of the KPP, because although the defendant has residence in Switzerland, his presence can be secured through the temporary sequencing of documents of the defendant's travel, flexibles, international judicial co-operation or other appropriate measures.
And as with the legal base envisioned in Article 184's provision, paragraph 1 under- paragraph 1.1 of 1.2.2, of the KPP, because as a result of the material paperwork, no concrete circumstance has been found that would confirm the fear that defendants will influence witnesses who are supposed to be named, and yet it is not known who they are.
Also, in view of the legal base envisioned in Article 184's provision, paragraph 1 sub-paragraph 1.1 and 1.2.3 of the KPP, in view of the defendants' personal circumstances, the first degree court and second degree in the case of continuing the detention measure, even though it has been stressed that the first defendant (Nazmi Mulacu) has been tried before for criminal acts, has not been specified and based on the conviction cited by number, and that they have provided no concrete reasons other than the description of the defendants' actions.”, said among other things in the Supreme Act.
Kosovo police had arrested Bio Mulacu for illegal evidence of medical or pharmaceutical activity and fraud.
Nazmi Mullaku, known in “TikTok” such as Bio Mullaku, was constantly publishing videos, through which he claimed to be healing certain diseases, such as depression and so on.
