Rasp: Serbian List working for February 9th Election boycott

The last local elections were boycotted, so Albanian mayors were elected in four northern municipalities. But Serbian citizens will probably not participate in elections organised by the state of Kosovo again, now in parliamentary ones on February 9th.
So the least is declared by the Minister for Communities and Return to the Government of Kosovo, Nenad Rassic, who says it is unofficial information.
Minister of Government Kurti claims this boycott is hosting the Serbian List.
He says Vuciki's request for immediate elections is impossible even in a legal way.
So when the election time comes, that's exactly what this demand will become an excuse for nonparticipation.
I consider that request to be played in the form where one moment, I am expecting certain groups, in particular from the Serbian List, to declare any form of non-repartance in the election process, even if it will happen for a part of Kosovo or in the entire territory, is something that we will see in the future”, Rassic has declared.
After that the minister refused to provide additional information after saying he does not want to understand all they know about this plan.
There's one, there's one, there's one, I apologize, but it's early, if we tell you we know all what they're planning, it's not good for us, it's good for them that they understand that they're BUSTED, which she says, but this moment I know for sure they're going to be destructive”, he said.
However, political analyst Albinot Maloku does not see the boycott of elections possible, whether local or central, from Serbs and the Serbian List.
“I don't see it possible not to participate in the election process, because if the boycott by Serbian political subjects is already happening, then they will be damaged for reasons that it will no longer be in some form of interest, nor the international factor to reason on the publication by Serbs and Serbian political subjects”, Maloku stressed.
So sure of not boycotting politician Fidan Ukaj is only for central elections, meanwhile, local ones say it can happen.
For national elections, I think that the possibility of not participating Serbs is minimal, because their presence in the Kosovo Assembly makes it possible to represent other communities, as well as Serbia does not allow such an opportunity, with arm slides with Serbian representatives in the Ibrahimx1>, has declared Ukaj.
The Serbian list is part of Kosovo's Parliament, but continues not to participate in boycotting the works, and is presented in sessions only every 6 months not to lose the MP's mandate, as the law stipulates.
