In this way, these two institutions have defended the first decision made by the Central Election Commission by 29 August 2024, whereby the CEC had limited the number of deployments and the number of voters for each diplomatic representative of the Republic of Kosovo.
The CEC had limited this number to 1,000 voters for 1 vote.
Through complaints, Vetevendosje demanded that the CEC remove space restrictions and therefore the number of voters who want to vote physically on diplomatic representation and in co-operation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs re-evaluate the issue.
According to the Supreme Court Act, Vetevendosje's complaint is groundless, so it has been rejected.
