The Pristina municipality has temporarily suspended the 18m-euro tender for the construction of Square “George Bush” in Pristina.
So said Pristina Deputy Mayor Alban Zogaj.
The one on Radio Kosova said this was done because of an complaint by a company directed at the Procuratory Organisation, which claims there were violations of the Law on Public Procurement.

Democracy. com had reported that over 18m euros plan to spend the Pristina municipality for construction of the “George Bush” Square in the capital.
In the tender file, there are details of the work to be done, where they are divided into the catitral Square, the one at schools, commercial, central, concert, recreation and students.
It envisions external regulation jobs, preparation jobs, demographics and shifts, landwork, construction, greenery, water supply, atmospheric water channeling, sewage, energy installations and lighting, and the work of the cathedral structure.
The projected value of the contract is 18 million and 400 thousand euros, until its duration is 360 days from giving.
