Police come out with communiques for Pristina drug lab: We conducted ten - month investigation

A drug lab has been hit and destroyed in Pristina, Kosovo Police reported, a communique on Facebook.

Drugs and heroin have allegedly been processed in this laboratory.

“Following an investigative work of about ten months and the application of separate investigative measures by Kosovo Police Antidroga investigators dated 21.09.2024, around 21:50, on the “road. Hyzri Talla” in Pristina, in the basement of a residential residence, has found the suspected narcotic substance in liquid plastic vessels, which was in the process of testing and yet unexplored substances, as well as tools that have been used to process narcotic substances like “Laborator””, said in communiqué.

Kosovo police, the Directorate for Narcotic Trafficking Investigation, are continuing its work with great intensity in preventing and combating drug abuse.

Following an investigative work of about ten months and the application of separate investigative measures by Kosovo Police Antidroga investigators dated 21.09.2024, around 21:50, on the “road. Hyzri Talla” in Pristina, in the basement of a residential residence, has found the suspected narcotic substance in liquid plastic vessels, which was in the process of testing and yet unexplored substances, as well as tools that have been used to process narcotic substances like “Laborator”.

This “is suspected Laborator” for the processing of heroin and Cocaine narcotics has been used by suspects for a period of time, where, after processing the same substances, they package them in small doses for sale to various regions of the country.

Kosovo police, with its own anti-drug units, remain committed to preventing and fighting use, cultivating or selling narcotics substances, while strict legal measures will be taken against all those involved in such criminal acts that in one way or another endanger the health and security of our citizens.
