Former Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister and AKR head Behgjet Pacolli, who is staying in New York these days, has written in his account at öfacebookà, saying the reason for his public response is that a senior Kosovo representative had ordered a foreign diplomat so that their president would not speak to Pacolli, since Kosovo deputy has been authorized to speak to Kosovo.
Pacolli says he has met the diplomat in question and has warned that he will make public the name of the Kosovo representative who has sought to ignore the former Kosovo diplomat.
Finally, the AKR leader says he was in New York at his own expense and without any support from the state of Kosovo.
Full response:
Even this week of intensive labor and not a little tired, it is slowly coming to an end.
It was a week full of activities that would soon turn into tangible successes for Kosovo.
Of course, besides published meetings, I have had other important meetings, which at the moment I prefer to remain anonymous.
The reason that led me to write and post this text is the fact that a high representative of our state, in a certain case, (requiring an appointment for myself was about me), had told a minister of foreign affairs of another state to submit to his president, not to speak to Mr. Pacolli, since he is not authorized to speak to Kosovo.
As a result, I made my visit and even begged them to accept a conversation with the Kosovo representative in question. The time will come when I will make this public.
In New York, I was alone with an accomplice, as always at my own expense, without the support or services of any Kosovo state structure.
