“The KPM has analysed the complaint and response of the responsible side and based on the monitoring report of August 16, 2024, has found that the responsible side during the broadcast of the central news edition has broadcast a news story that does not rely on facts, but only on a media source (Slobodna Bosna), failing to take the position of other parties involved in the context, which has resulted in the broadcast of news unilaterally<x>, It says in decision.
