The Republic of Kosovo's “Prime Minister Albin Kurti, along with Minister for Communities and Kthim Nenad Rassic, welcomes to Pristina for a morning of co-founder and former leader of the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina, Nenad Canak, accompanied by Montenegrin Orthodox Church Mitrovici Boris Bojovic. Mark Baskin, professor and senior adviser at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue was also at the meeting. ”

There was Canak's son Milan, who recently returned from a humanitarian mission to Ukraine.
“During the conversation was discussed on current issues, developments in the region, continuing consequences of Russian military aggression in Ukraine, and the danger the war there continues to present for the safety of the continent of Europe and the Balkan region. Milan Canak, son of Nenad Canak, who was also at this meeting and who recently returned from a humanitarian mission to Ukraine, shared from his experience there and talked about the situation on the ground, the bravery and high morals of the Ukrainian Army on battlefield and the civic mobilization for resistance. The meeting also discussed Kosovo's reports with Serbia, their history, currentity and perspective, and the state of the Serb minority in Kosovo. ”
“Prime Minister Kurti stressed that Russia's aggression against Ukraine has clearly exposed the risks authoritarian regimes pose to neighbouring states, except for human rights and the welfare of the local population. He singled out the importance that democratisation of societies, party pluralism, rule of law, protection and promotion of human rights and regional co-operation face these risks, along with continued support for Ukraine in its liberation fight, which the Republic of Kosovo is strongly supporting with all its capacities. ”
