The murder of Triumf Riza, Ilir Abdullah, is declared innocent: I do not accept this accusation of gossip

The plea about guilt, the defendant did so at the initial session Wednesday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, following reading the indictment by special prosecutor Habibe Salihu.

I'm innocent. I don't have anything to do with this case and I don't accept this act of gossip. To this day, we have no chance to do justice, but we have to do it in private justice, and this indictment I've mentioned in the Prosecutor there's evidence of manipulation, assembly and smuggling”, said Abdullah, reporting “JusticeBetimy“.

Following the plea about guilt, case judge Valon Kurtaj announced Abdullah and his defender, lawyer Rame Dresaj, that within the 30-day deadline, they have the right to contest evidence and demand to drop the indictment.

Lawyer Dresaj asked for some evidence supplement and said he would be written to the Prosecutor, where he would highlight the evidence they ask for from P The SRK and the reasons why they ask.

Meanwhile, prosecutor Salihu said some of those she mentioned to the lawyer were not nominated in the indictment.

“City saw me, some of the evidence the lawyer asked for wasn't proposed in the indictment act, but after taking the record, I'll appreciate if there's something I haven't submitted to”, the prosecutor said.

Abdullah's defender viewed the detention as a harsh move and proposed to the court that the move be interrupted by its defence and toʹsi is replaced by any other measure.

On the other hand, prosecutor Salihu said she is close to the measure.

Later, Judge Kurtaj rejected Dresaj's proposal and indicated that the accused continues the detention measure.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) on September 2nd, 2024, has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, against defendant Ilir Abdullah, known as “Lisa”.

Abdullah is accused of co-ordinating with those now convicted Arben Berisha and Fitim Avdiu, as well as defendant Enver Sekiraqa and Beating Abdullah, as a group organised by Sekiraqa, driven by the motive of postscriptulous revenge, in order to deprive the late Trium Riza from life now, because now the deceased, on December 24, 2005, at the <x0 locale. Swiss Casino” in Pristina had now beaten the convicted Sekiraqa, where he had been lying in hospital, that after reporting with Adelaina Ismaili, the same did not allow him to give cash as before.

Furthermore, it is said that for his arrest and beating at Ferizaj on May 22nd 2006 by KPS members, Sekiraqa had now accused the late Triumf Riza of being driven by him, so they have agreed to now feel deprived of life.

The indictment is said to have one time conveyed Risa's movements by car and on August 30th 2007, until Arben Berisha, Enver Sekiraqa, Beater Abdullah and Ilir Abdullah were at the bar “Sekiraqa”, now convict Avdiu through his phone, has now sent a message to accused Abdullah with the contents “Parking at Grandie's, coy's got drama“, alloying in Risa, which was in front of the bar “Sekiraqa”, while she was at the Grand Hotel at the time.

Always according to the indictment, after having received the announcement now convicted Berisha and defendant Ilir Abdullah and Beatdown Abdullah, by car have gone to the bar “Quins”, where he now convicted Berisha, armed earlier with the pistol, while defendant Ilir and the winner have entered another bar to wait for Riza, since he was almost every day a guest of that bar.

Afterwards, it is said that defendant Abdullahi, by his phone, has now sent a message to convict Berisha while sitting on the roof of a bar near the AMPM bar, with contents “I'll be right back.“, after Riza was seen at the AMPM bar.

The indictment says that the moment Riza got out of the bar and was near his vehicle, now convicted Berisha ran towards him and slylyly, when Riza hadn't expected any attacks, backed up by him, from a distance of 5 meters, shot 11 times with three short rifles, hitting him with 2 bullets on his back, where bullets, due to dynamic action, have penetrated the aores, heart and lungs, from which injuries he has died, while with a bullet in his right leg.

In this move, accused Ilir Abdullahu, co-chaired with convicts Arben Berisha and Fitim Avdiu, and defendants Enver Sekiraqa and Beating Abdullah, are charged with committing the criminal work of the “grave murder, by Article 147, paragraph 1, subparagraphs 3 and 9, concerning the 23th Kosovo Criminal Code of Penal Code.

Ilir Abdullah, known as “Lisa”, was arrested on July 16, 2023, as for years he was wanted as a suspect in the murder of Triumf Riza.

Enver Sekiraqa, accused of inciting police murder, is also being tried. Sekiraqa on May 3, 2024, was sentenced to 25 years in prison. The same is on the run.
