Under the trial, Miletic has been sentenced to two years in prison on bail and 9,500 euros in fines.

Miletic pleaded guilty to the criminal acts of “to the endangerment of officers”, for which he was sentenced to two years in prison on bail, and “participation in the gathering that carried out criminal work unjustly”, for which a six-month prison sentence was fined at 9,500 euros.
After the indictment was read once again at the prosecutor's request, and the accused said he understood the same thing and the deeds he was charged with, the Court acknowledged the plea agreement and after a 30-minute break read the sentence.
The prosecution and the defense gave up the right to complaint.
Miletiki was initially charged with four criminal acts, but two were removed from the indictment -- “unconstitutional action” and “risking the person under international protection”.
