A powerful storm has hit the Italian region of Piedmont, causing floods that have done great damage. Water has flooded the streets of Turin, Val di Susa and Val Cisonea. The Gerardo River is out of bed, destroying a bridge in the village of Giordan.
According to first information, about 20 people have been isolated in the village of Kombe. The river has also come out of bed in the town of Busoleno, cutting off traffic on the state road, which has isolated about thirty people, writes ansa.
Near Turin, a 58-year-old man has disappeared after the tractor he traveled with washed away. Firefighters are looking for it, but bad weather is making it difficult to search and rescue mission.
