Michael Cyrus is indicted for “coping” of Bruno Mars song

“Flowers” is suspected of being the song copied by artist Bruno Mars, precisely the lyrics of the song “When I Was Your Man”.
The accused are other collaborators, like Gregory Hein and Michael Pollack, and Sony Music Publishing, Apple, Target, Walmart.
British Media “The Guardian” has reported that the request of “Tempo Music” for reparation is still inconsistencies, but it is still required to prevent Michael Cyrus from reproducing, disseminating or interpreting the song.
“Flowers” copy numerous melodic, harmonious and lyrical elements of Bruno Mars' song, including melodic sound design and sequence sequence, bass line, certain musical elements, lyrical elements”, it says in the indictment.
“Flowers” gave Cyrus Grammy her first at this year's ceremony for best solo pop performance. The song remained for eight weeks in first place in the United Kingdom last year and 10 weeks in the United Kingdom.
Mars, however, is not mentioned as the plaintiff.
