On the 30.08,2024The MBPZHR has announced a competition for two jobs for the inspector position of Forestry.
A General Official Criteria, in the competition declared by Peci, among other things is required At least two (2) years of professional work experience in the field in which procedures are developed to fulfill the job's free position.
This is allegedly the first legal violation in the announced competition.
NR.08/L-177 Law P THROUGHOUT, NENIN 71 Point 3.13. says The task of Forestry Inspector is performed only by the person with professional preparation in the forest with at least three years of professional experience.
No. 03/L-029 is working on the Agricultural Intensive.
Article 4, point 3. of this law, says the inspector's work is only done by the person who possesses superior preparation of proper direction and certain professional experience.
The second violation was allegedly committed at the next competition announced by the Ministry of Pec.
The MBPHR has requested 10 inspectors of Agricultural Lands as well. This open competition for application from 08.08.2024 to 06.09.2024 is suspected of having legal violations in the general formal requirements this minister requires.
In contrast to the high-level Pélitaria Inspector contest, the latter requires that the candidate have only a high-level education (Bachelor) degree. So, it's not specified as in the Pépistartary Inspector competition as well as in the areas this competition requires.
And the competition doesn't match the Law on Agricultural Lands. No. 02/L-26. Article 39 paragraph 40. 1 ) The inspector should have superior professional preparation of agriculture and at least three years of agricultural experience.
This release by the Ministry led by Faton Peci is not known whether it has been intended to invite a competition for any of the party's relatives or militants. That is because, it is not the first time that the MBPZHR violates the law, nor would it be the first time that the Kurti Government has done family employment through state institutions. / Periscopi/
