The letter, such as the ancestor, is discovered to demand the government over the years, is recognised as its international status as the centre of Bektas in the world.

Father Monday argues that the spiritual leader of the Catholic world enjoys special status worldwide, only on the basis of an agreement between the Holy See and the Italian state in February 1929, which was ratified by the Italian Senate in 07.06,1929.

Based on these comparisons (that are still used today by the defenders of the Bektashi State idea), Father Monday who in 2017 considered it miraculous for the Bektas to be known as a state in the canonical world, and this can happen in the future when this community has both financial and political opportunities to become known as one in the international arena.

In his letter he writes that if this idea were realised, it would bring good for the Albanian state, especially in terms of further promotion of rare values of religious coexistence. Accepting this proposal for recognising equal status with that of the diplomatic mission for the headquarters of the Bektas' Chief World ancestor would put Bektas' religious faith in equal positions with the Catholic. This proposal is further reasoned on paper é is in full compliance with Albania's Constitution, as well as with the right that the Albanian state and the Albanian government have to grant a special status to an organisation that has international status.

To enable the living of Bektasian faith as a religious sect that has mostly served the peace of all Albanians within and outside borders as it has softened the harsh tones of Muslim radicalism and brought about believers in different parts of the world, we think it is the obligation of the Albanian state to offer this sect a special protection first within the country. The defence consists of granting the status of the Bektasian Holy See to an equal status at least with the Apostolic Nunciature in Tirana, which is representative of the Vatican in RSH.

Accepting this proposal for recognising the equivalent of status with that diplomatic mission for the headquarters of the Bektas' Chief World ancestor would put Bektas' religious faith in equal positions with that Catholic, Both beliefs like the Catholic and Bektas recognize the status of their spiritual leader as well as the status of the Holy See. As a result, their draw in equal terms in immunitys and privileges they enjoy at least in the Republic of Albania would be a draw of even the spiritual justice of the Bektasian Albanians. This proposal is in full accordance with Albania's Constitution, as well as with the right that the Albanian state and the Albanian government have to grant a specific status to an organisation that has international status. We have been accepted and known as religious sects in many parts of the world, including the United States.

The cases of recognising this kind of status in the world for religious sects are numerous enough to mention the Sovereign Order of Malta, which the Albanian state has granted a special status in RSiH.

Referenced to the above and the special agreement bound between the parties and ratified in parliament with the 10058/2009 law, the Bektas' World Chiefship remains open for the start of negotiations on drafting a joint agreement for recognising the status of equivalent to that of a diplomatic mission for the Holy See of this predecessor.
