Days ago, the EU's emissary for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, said that “letra has withdrawn”, not providing further details.
Asked at the media conference Tuesday to elaborate and confirm the withdrawal of the letter, Stano has said he can add nothing but what Lajcak has said.

Stano, however, has added that Kosovo and Serbia have the obligation to implement the Ohrid Agreement “without delay”.
