The EU's envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has dined with US Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia, James O'Brien and Assistant US Secretary of State for the Western Balkans Alexander Kasanoff, saying they held “strategic co-ordination” for dialogue. On the other hand, he has warned continued discussion in Brussels next week.
In his post on the “X” network, Lajcak wrote that such conversations are always helpful.
“Always useful to have a strategic discussion on dialogue on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia and regional dynamic with the US, with O'Brien and Cassanoff. We are eager to continue our conversation next week in Brussels”, Lajcak has indicated.
Lajcak is staying in New York where the UN General Assembly is doing work.
