Kurt meets Lajcak's O'Brien: Bazic Agreement and Anex Must Be Complete

The country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, during his stay in New York, has met with Assistant Secretary of State James O'Brien and European Union Minister for Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak.
During their meeting, Kurti has once again re-evaluated commitment and constructive engagement in the process of normalisation between Kosovo and Serbia, according to the principles of the Basic Agreement and its Anex.
“Prime Minister Kurti also underlined his commitment to regional co-operation on the principles of representation and equal participation between the Western Balkan countries and renewed commitment and constructive engagement in the process of normalisation between Kosovo and Serbia under the principles of the Bazic Agreement and its Annex, which must be implemented fully. The prime minister, among other things, stressed that the Government of the Republic of Kosovo is fully engaged in continuing to provide quality services to its citizens indiscriminately and to create a safe environment for all in which citizens' rights and the law of the Republic” are respected, the communiqué says.
