Serbian National Forum Chairman Momcilo Trajkovic from Gracanica, met with the opposition in Serbia two days ago. He said a working group would be formed that would reduce what was said and proposals to prevent the negative processes happening to the Serbian people in Kosovo”.
He stated that the delegation of Serbs from Kosovo, in which he is, will accept any proposal and said: “Together we will participate in the search for ways to change the” situation.
He also said meeting participants were introduced a framework for “a new strategy for the survival of Serbs”.
A <x0moratorium” has also been proposed for political parties' activities from Belgrade to Kosovo.
Some meeting participants strongly asked the Serbian Orthodox Church to express and present a <x0) clear location for Kosovo”, stressing that in the past it was responsible for the survival of the Serbian people.
The head of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Porfirije, despite several earlier calls, did not receive members of the Kosovo Serb delegation.
The delegation is made up of representatives of three associations -- the Serbian National Forum, the Serb National Council and Movement “Andheu” -- which previously met with academics and members of the ProGlas movement.
