Koci: Liridon Rexhepi in high-security prison

Kosovo lawyer Arian Koci, who is also the legal representative of the Kosovo youth Liridon Rexehpi family, who has been arrested in Turkey under suspicion that the same man has performed services for “Mossadin”, has indicated that Liridon Rexhepi is in a high-security prison in Istanbul. T7 FRONTAL Koci has said [...]

The Koci for T7 FRONTAL has said that based on the information it has, it is a big misunderstanding and, as Kosovo lawyer claims, Rexhepi's arrest “could be a mistake”.

I apologize to the public and to you, because I know a lot of information as much as I can find out. I'm working on clarifying the situation. The issue is very sensitive. I can say that it's not the way it's shown. Errors happen. There are some indicators that some information has been misread and misunderstood. At first glance it turns out there's a very big misunderstanding. I understand that based on the information I have until today. I've been working constantly. I have some resources. I contacted the embassy in Ankara and the consulate in Istanbul. It's standing in a high-security prison locked in”, Koci said.

Kosovo lawyer has said Liridon Rexhepi is fine and that Turkish authorities are continuing their investigations and work by law.

Speaking of the circumstances under Rexhepi's arrest, Koci says Liridon had travelled from Germany to Turkey along with four other Kosovo friends on vacation.

“has gone on leave with friends. From Germany he went to Turkey with friends. Four Kosovo friends have gone there. Massi has made the break and arrested Turkish authorities. These are the initial suspicions. It's true. That's what I think we're going to explain to Coci.

Koci's Aivokat has warned he will travel towards Turkey next week.

“I planned next week to travel to Turkey”, has added further.
