KMDLNJ: The justice ministry is holding the screen to Denmark's racist ministry

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has said that Peter Hummelgaard, the Danish justice minister, is visiting Kosovo to mark the start of the prison reconstruction in Pasjak, Gjilan, where, according to this council, violent and against their will, convicts will be deployed with expulsion from Denmark, [...]
KMDLNJ said the Danish minister does not hide racist hatred against non-advanced convicts by sending them the threat that “the foreign criminal has no future in Denmark ..” therefore, according to this council, provides the future in Kosovo, which is said to be a hundred thousand problems with its convicts who die of lack of health care.
Danish “Minister of Justice and Albulen Haxhiu, the flagrant violator of human rights deprived of freedom in Kosovo, states that this is the reason for the agreement signed between Hans Hakerrup, former Danish racist Justice Minister and Albulen Haxhiu, who has been treated as hotels while Kosovo convicts fight for survival of”, the communique reported.
The KMDLNJ also said that Kosovo's Justice Ministry is keeping the impact on Denmark's racist ministry, which reportedly makes no difference to them.
“From the Gjilan prison will be deported throughout Kosovo, also against their will of Kosovo prisoners to free space for criminals imported from Denmark for which conditions are being created according to Danish standards. Kosovo Assembly MPs have moral, institutional and criminal responsibilities that, with their vote, enabled legalisation of a discrimination, degrading and racist agreement by seriously violating the human rights of Kosovo prisoners”.
“International organisations have objected to this agreement, calling it discriminating and racist, while the UN Committee for Prevention of Torture has sent a letter to the Denmark government at the request that this agreement be annulled because it violates human rights”.
“This has not been enough to convince the unaware and irresponsible deputies of the Kosovo Parliament, as well as a minister, also irresponsible and unrecognizable to reject this agreement. These have done nothing to protect and advance the rights of Kosovo prisoners, while dying of the rights of prisoners expelled from Denmark who are not Danish or citizens of this country and who have no information about what work they are convicted of. KNDLNj has co-operated with partners from Denmark to oppose this agreement and has been informed that the expulsion profile belongs to dangerous, irreversible and attempted criminals. Among them are religious extremists”, it is said.
KMDLNj says he has rejected and rejected this agreement that, according to them, severely violates the rights of Kosovo prisoners and has called on the families of Kosovo prisoners to reject their shift to other prisons against their will.
“KMDLNj will uphold the rights of Kosovo prisoners so that those rights are the same as the rights of violent expelled prisoners from Denmark who will be placed violently in Gjilan's Pasjac prison”.
“To KMDLNY Danish Justice Minister's visit is in the function of legalising the two correctional systems created by a state so it is not welcome”, said further in the communique.
