The announcement of the indictment took place Friday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, by the case judge Sabit Sadij, reports” The Justice Vow”.
Qorroll and Mjaku are charged with having Deputy Deliu-Kodra taken through the social network “Facebook” in various words, among them, according to the indictment, the MP also came up with the words “... I had prey for the gray rule to have”.
Initially against the same, the court pronounced prison sentences of six months, but with their consent the prison sentence has been replaced in fine sentences, at many of the 1,000 euros each.
Under this bias, the fined sentence accused could be paid in a year's term of six installments, otherwise unless the penalty is met violently.
The same were required that each separately pay for procedures and that amount of 20 for the judiciary and 20 euros in the Crime Victims Compensation Fund.
While, in implementing the property requirement, the damaged side in this case, MP Deliu-Kodra, has been instructed in civil law dispute.
Wounded Deliu-Codra was not present at the preliminary hearings in this case, nor was it stated.
Otherwise, Qorroll and Mjak at the initial session held on September 10, 2024, the same had pleaded guilty to the criminal offense.
In this case, Mirand Terzia is also accused, but the same court at the upper hearing has singled out the criminal procedure, since the same has been missing for three times.
According to the indictment compiled on September 7th 2022 by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Ergim Qrolli, Bland Mjaku and Mirand Terzica were charged/accused that on November 19, 2021, following a session of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, deliberately and seriously, MP Blerta Deliu-Codra.
The incident says that the row to Deliu-Coder, the accused had done it through the social network “Facebook”, so the accused Qroll was addressed with the words: “into the ass..., fuck you, fuck them alive and the meanest of them fuck you...
And the accused Mjak is said to have been addressed with the words: “-bessy you q..., dekmi q., and you.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
With these actions, Qrolli, Mjaku and Terzija were charged/accused that each single person has committed criminal work “Caanhim” from Article 181, paragraph 3 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, which is punishable by imprisonment of six months to five years.
