Kamenice: A smuggling case prevents, goods worth about 4 thousand euros are seized

Police reports reveal that the value of goods is estimated to be around 4 thousand euros.

The Task East Unit, composed of Kosovo Police and Kosovo Customs, has prevented another case of smuggling with goods. On September 27, 2024, about 16:40, the unit mentioned banned a local license vehicle in the village of Topanica, Kamenica, where food products allegedly smuggled into our country were found. The value of the goods is estimated to be around 4,000$”.

All actions related to the case were undertaken in co-operation with the State Prosecutor, and at the order of the competent prosecutor in Gjilan, the merchandise was seized and sent to the customs terminal “and the White Council”, it is said further on the police announcement.
