They have rejected Pristina's reform as Chairman Progress Rama has called it, as they have unveiled a banner with capital projects of the cartoon film capital.
During yesterday, Pristina head Progress Rama had said investors were serious and that these investments would bring major city developments. He declared that all citizens will benefit from these projects, while not one cent of the municipality will be affected for investments.
