MP from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, has announced international agreements expected to be ratified in Parliament today.
Speaking of the agreement with the World Bank, in many of the 90.3 million euros as direct budgetary support for laws adopted in the Assembly, Hoti has said it is wrong to take credit to fill the budget.
Hoti has said it is meaningless to obtain loans, and the budget is kept in the Government's account at the Central Bank of Kosovo.
“Such days are taken in times of crisis when there is a drop in budget revenues. Usually loans in normal budgetary years are taken for capital projects. This loan is not infected with the 2025-2027 debt strategy. Kosovo is not suffering for tools, but for good policies. It is meaningless that the budget will be kept in the Government's account at the Central Bank of Kosovo, and that credit will be taken”, Hoti wrote.
