“have been hit in sign”, Konjufca unlike Kurti lavdon Blerim Isufajn about the indictment for Banjska case

Chief Prime Minister Glauk Konjufca gave him a high memo” Special Prosecution of the indictment in Banjska case. Konjufca has said on Monday that with this indictment the prosecution has struck the mark. Last week, he criticised them, citing the delay in establishing the indictment. In a professional sense, I'm allowed to speak that I'm [...]
“In a professional sense, I am allowed to speak that I am in the field and that represents the trial, but the Kosovo Parliament, but from a political understanding, is an act that I think, for the definition of the issues it has raised, has hit the mark. The terrorist group's aim has been to annex part of Kosovo, with this claim there are even people who have been joking, but that's a joke that's true”, Conjufca said.
On the other hand, he spoke of certain segments of the charge by isolating three.
The terrorist group has behind Serbia's full support. So the first annexation, the second being behind Serbia and the third is trying to destroy constitutional order. There was a great deal of arguing about the enormous financial criminality this terrorist group has done by distributing money and placing this money and misuse of tenders for operating this terrorist group”.
But, again, it has cited delays in drafting the indictment, demanding that there be no “slow down”.
I think now what is needed is not to have that slowdown we saw in the drafting of the indictment, not to have it in the development of judicial procedures, since defendants owned Kosovo health documents”, Conjufca added.
Last week, Chief Parliamentary Konjufca has called good news setting up the indictment for the terrorist attack on Banjska, commenting on the phrase “later than ever --”.
He said he assumes the prosecution took all this time due to the large number of criminals who committed the terrorist act in September last year in Banjska, the Express newspaper reports.
“As far as the indictment is concerned with the terrorist attack behind which Serbia stands, which took place in Banjska, this is good news, which I don't want to give further criticism, then why it took so long. The best phrase to reach this news is: better late than ever. I'm guessing the prosecution took all this time to complete the indictment file with all that large number of criminals who were directly involved in this” attack.
Kosovo special prosecutor last week has filed charges against 45 people in the case of the Serb attack on Kosovo, including their leader Milan Radojicicic.
In this attack, Sergeant Africa Bulnjak and three Serb attackers were killed.
